SWEATEMPLE claim and activation process showing wallet connection steps

Claiming your SWEATEMPLE access is the step that connects your participation - whether from a public sale, referral, invite code, or direct registration - to a working platform account. Until the claim process is complete, platform features including ride modes, marketplace access, and progression tracking remain inactive.

This page walks through the claim process, common scenarios, troubleshooting for issues, and the support pathways available when something does not work as expected.

What Claiming Means

A claim on SWEATEMPLE is the activation step between holding an access credential and using the platform. Think of it as connecting a key to a lock. The credential (wallet address, invite code, sale receipt, or referral token) proves eligibility. The claim process links that proof to a platform account where ride sessions, progression data, and marketplace activity will live.

Claims are one-time events for each credential. Once a credential is claimed against an account, it cannot be claimed again or transferred to a different account. This prevents duplication and ensures that each platform account represents a single participant.

How the Claim Process Works

The general claim flow follows these steps, though specific details may vary depending on the type of credential being claimed.

Step 1: Account creation. If you do not already have a SWEATEMPLE platform account, create one through the standard registration process. This requires an email address and password at minimum.

Step 2: Wallet connection. Most claim types require connecting a compatible cryptocurrency wallet to your platform account. The platform supports common wallet types that work with the underlying blockchain infrastructure. During connection, the platform reads your wallet address to verify credential ownership without requiring you to transfer any assets.

Step 3: Credential verification. The platform checks your connected wallet or submitted code against its eligibility records. If your credential is valid and unclaimed, the system confirms eligibility and presents the claim action.

Step 4: Claim execution. Confirming the claim triggers a blockchain transaction that records the activation against your account. This transaction may require a small network fee depending on the blockchain’s current state. The platform will display the expected fee before you confirm.

Step 5: Account activation. Once the claim transaction confirms on the blockchain, your platform account activates with the features and access levels associated with your credential. Ride modes, marketplace access, and progression tracking become available.

The entire process typically takes a few minutes, though blockchain confirmation times can vary based on network conditions.

Invite and Referral-Based Claims

Some SWEATEMPLE access is distributed through invite codes or referral links rather than public sale participation. These work similarly but with a few differences.

Invite codes are alphanumeric strings shared by existing platform participants or distributed through official channels. Entering an invite code during account creation or on the claim page associates your account with the invitation and grants the access level specified by the code.

Referral links work like invite codes but are encoded into a URL. Following a referral link pre-fills the invitation data, so the recipient does not need to enter a code manually. The referring participant may receive recognition or progression bonuses when the referred rider completes their claim and begins riding.

Referral chains do not exist on SWEATEMPLE. Each referral is a direct relationship between the referring rider and the new participant. Multi-level or cascading referral structures are not part of the platform model.

Troubleshooting Failed Claims

Several common issues can prevent a claim from completing successfully.

Wallet not detected. If the platform does not detect your wallet during the connection step, check that your wallet browser extension is active, unlocked, and set to the correct network. Try refreshing the page after ensuring the wallet is accessible.

Credential not found. If the platform reports no eligible credential for your wallet address, verify that you are connecting the same wallet that holds the credential. Switching between wallet addresses or using a different wallet than the one that received the original credential will result in a failed lookup.

Claim already used. Each credential can only be claimed once. If you see this message and believe you have not previously claimed, check whether the credential was claimed by a different account you may have created earlier. If the issue persists, contact support with your wallet address and credential details.

Transaction failed or pending. Blockchain transactions can fail due to insufficient gas fees, network congestion, or temporary node issues. If a claim transaction fails, wait a few minutes and retry. Do not submit multiple claim transactions simultaneously, as this can create conflicting pending transactions that block each other.

Account already activated. If your account already shows active status, the claim may have processed successfully even if the confirmation screen did not display. Check your platform dashboard for active features before retrying the claim.

What to Do If You Are Stuck

If the standard troubleshooting steps do not resolve your claim issue, the support team can help. When contacting support about a claim problem, include the following:

  • Your platform account email address
  • The wallet address you are attempting to claim with
  • The type of credential you are claiming (sale purchase, invite code, referral)
  • Any error messages displayed during the process
  • The approximate time and date of your claim attempt

Support can verify credential status, check blockchain transaction records, and manually resolve stuck claims in cases where technical issues prevented normal processing.

After Claiming

Once your claim completes, the next step is riding. Your platform account will have access to available ride modes, the session library, and progression tracking. First-time riders should visit How It Works for a platform overview or go directly to the ride interface to start their first session.

For hardware setup and bike configuration, the LIT Bike page covers what you need. For marketplace questions, including how to use any marketplace-eligible assets that came with your claim, see the marketplace section.

Riders who came through a public sale should verify that all sale-associated components are reflected in their platform account after claiming. If anything appears missing, contact support with your sale receipt and claim transaction details.
